Shipping policy

Uppernostril offers a variety of shipping options to all customers worldwide. Please note that we have no delivery guarantees but if your item does not arrive you can easily get a full refund. 

Our orders are typically shipped within 1 day of being processed. National orders typically arrive within 1-4 days without complications. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 days without any complications. Please bear in mind these delivery time frames are not guaranteed and some international orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive due to each country’s customs duty. Also if you are planning a purchase around a busy time or holiday like Black Friday and Christmas, your order will likely take 3-4 weeks to be delivered internationally with the fastest service available for me to purchase here in Northern Ireland. 

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider. In the event of a delay or undelivered parcel, contact uppernostrilbusiness@gmail.com to start a claims process. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged you are entitled to full compensation from the shipping provider. Uppernostril will process the compensation and contact the shipping provider on your behalf. Lay back and relax while your compensation comes to you.
