Refund policy


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if the criteria are met. We ask kindly, before requesting a return, you attempt to resell your item using our photos. Please note that Uppernostril only offers exchanges and no refunds. We operate as private sellers and only refund goods not as described. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty, significantly not as described or in the same condition that you received it, unopened in its original packaging, with the stickers and business card. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we strictly do not offer sizing returns as we provide accurate measurements and model photos. If you are unsure of sizing either request more information or do not buy as you will not be able to return. On rare occasions we will accept sizing exchanges, feel free to request.

To start a return, you can contact us at uppernostrilbusiness@gmail.com. Please include all relevant information. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We do not accept sizing returns as we provide clear measurements which should always be checked before purchase and we are always readily available to provide model and reference photos. If you feel we have made a sizing mistake feel free to get in contact. We also have a studio open for appointments if you ever want to try before you buy. In a rare instance we may offer brand credit to loyal customers who wish to make a sizing return. Feel free to use our photos and description to resell your product if it is unwanted. Shoes that have been worn cannot be returned. Please note that all shoes are worn at the buyers own risk.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or memberships. This includes items purchased with a discount code or through the 'steals' collection. This also applies to any accept offers or bartering both in-store and online.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We have the right to refuse a refund if we feel the product has been damaged, defected, or worn in anyway.
